We really hope you’re happy with your Moch Socks purchase. However, we recognise that this isn’t always possible, so we want to make sure you, our customers, are accommodated if that’s the case.
In the UK: we operate a 30 day returns and refunds policy (terms apply). We will pay your return postage. Contact us at email@example.com for further details.
Outside of the UK: you (the customer), are responsible for postage of returns to our UK warehouse. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We therefore suggest that you use a tracked delivery method. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during return shipping.
If your socks were in any way faulty or damaged, we will reimburse the cost of the return to you.
For your return or exchange to be eligible for acceptance, please ensure that all Moch Socks items are in their original packaging. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to refuse your return.
Once we receive your items, we will process exchanges within 7 working days, and all refunds will take a maximum of 10 working days to process. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
We regret that, in the event that the goods required are out of stock, we will not be able to fulfil an exchange, but will endeavour to let you know of a suitable alternative as well as offering you the opportunity for a refund.
